A new partnership with Azendian, an ASEAN-based Data Analytics Company

TOKYO, October 9th, 2020 -- WingArc1st Inc. (WingArc1st), the Data Empowerment Company, and Azendian Solutions Pte.Ltd. (Azendian), a Data Analytics company, today announced that they have entered into a business partnership agreement with an aim to deploy data analytics solutions "LiteOn series" embedding MotionBoard and Dr.Sum to ASEAN region.

Headquartered in Tokyo, WingArc1st develops and distributes products that manage to hold top market share in Japan for Business Form Infrastructure Solutions as well as the Data Empowerment Business with BI (Business Intelligence) tools.

WingArc1st has always regarded expanding their businesses overseas as one of the growth strategies and they have established WingArc Shanghai Inc. in 2009, WingArc Singapore Pte.Ltd. in 2014 and they have also acquired "Space-Time Research," a company based in Australia specializing in BI tools for Australian Bureau of Statistics , in order to strengthen their businesses in Asia-Pacific.

Founded in 2015, Azendian is headquartered in Singapore and develops and distributes "LiteOn Campus," a solution designed to enhance productivity for resource deployment and facilitate learnings of the students for educational institutions, as well as "LiteOn Estate," a smart-building solution which brings Digital 4.0 capabilities to the build environment and to offset carbon footprint produced by buildings and other real estate properties, in ASEAN region. Azendian has been awarded on numerical occasions; they have won the top prize for innovation out of the 112 participants in "Singapore Mobility Challenge," a competition held by Land Transport Authority, which is an organization of the government of Singapore in 2019.

Azendian Solutions is also collaborating with Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore to champion data-driven AI enabled solutions for Digital 4.0 Smart Building Solutions. The partnership with the institution's School of Engineering, School of Informatics & IT and their Estates & Facilities Management team aims to co-develop AI solutions and also offer teaching, training and case study material to prepare Temasek Polytechnic's students and industry professionals for the Digital 4.0 marketplace. Azendian's LiteOn Estate Solution, using WingArc1st's MotionBoard technology, together with other industry leading solutions will be showcased in the Institution's Integrative Built Environment Centre, set up as a show piece and training center for the purpose.

With this business partnership agreement, WingArc1st will be providing their products to be embedded with the core focus on the data visualization functions, in order to further enhance the competitiveness of Azendian Solutions in ASEAN regions. WingArc1st will also be supporting Azendian as a strategic partner with business development in Asia-Pacific including Japan.

With this business partnership agreement as a starter, WingArc1st will be building its Embedded Partner Networks and will aim for continuous business growth in ASEAN region.
