WingArc1st recognized as Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization

For the second year in a row, WingArc1st was recognized as a Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization in the large enterprise category under a certification program jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
The program is called the Certified Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program. It is a program to honor large, mid-sized and small enterprises engaged in excellent health and management programs, and features their initiatives to tackle regional health issues, in addition to health promotion programs recommended by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
For many years, we have been promoting the health of our employees by encouraging them to undergo health checkups and subsidizing the cost of medical treatment for employees who wish to quit smoking. Based on our healthcare statement in 2020, we have established a new Wellness Promotion committee, and have been working on various health promotion initiatives with the entire company. We will continue to implement health management as one of our important management strategies.
