Enhanced recipient functionality for the "invoiceAgent TransPrint" electronic transaction service

WingArc has enhanced the electronic transaction service "invoiceAgent TransPrint" to improve convenience for recipients and will offer it in Japan starting March 26.

WingArc invoiceAgent TransPrint is currently being used by many Japanese companies, including large enterprises, and this service delivers electronic transactions to approximately 50,000 companies. This enhancement will support not only users of the service but also their business partner recipients who need to comply with the Electronic Book Storage Act.

Main enhancements:
・Enables registration of data for the three search requirements defined in the Electronic Book Storage Act: "Trading partner", "Date", and "Amount".
・Recipient companies can use the lite version of invoiceAgent Document Management to transfer and archive documents at the recipient site^*1

*1 Recipient companies who are not already using the service will need to apply for this service.
