WingArc collaborates with Sigmaxyz Inc. and Hongo Tsuji Tax & Consulting in business document management business

WingArc1st Inc. has decided to collaborate with Sigmaxyz Inc., a company that supports and provides consulting services for corporate DX, and Hongo Tsuji Tax & Consulting, one of the largest tax accounting firms in Japan, in the business of forms and document management solutions.

As companies are required to comply with laws and regulations such as the Electronic Book Storage Act and the new invoice system in Japan, more specialized knowledge and know-how are needed and speed is also required. This collaboration will enable Sigmaxyz to provide higher quality services related to digitization by leveraging its expertise in each of these areas, including consultation services for companies related to digitization and cooperation with Hongo Tsuji Tax and Consulting for legal matters.

The three companies will collaborate as follows:

* Providing consulting services to companies regarding digitalization, such as compliance with the Electronic Book Storage Act, and promoting projects to realize digitalization.

* Planning and holding regular seminars and training sessions on the digitization of business documents and compliance with the Electronic Book Storage Act.

* Providing quick assessment services for compliance with the Electronic Book Storage Act.
