TOKYO & SINGAPORE, July 28th, 2022 -- WingArc1st Inc., through its subsidiary in Singapore (WingArc Singapore), and Stemly, a SaaS startup providing a decision intelligence platform for data driven and timely decision making in supply chain and financial processes, are pleased to announce that their business alliance matched by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)'s Open Innovation Platform (OIP) in Singapore. In this partnership, seamless connectivity between Stemly's decision intelligence platform, and WingArc's BI dashboard (MotionBoard) and data analysis platform (Dr.Sum) will be developed.

Stemly has created a state-of-the-art decision intelligence platform, that delivers AI/ML powered autonomous forecasting and optimization to help enterprises make better and faster interconnected decisions in supply chain and finance, while integrating sustainability into strategy and planning.

Stemly was selected as a "Problem Solver" in the Data Empowerment Solution category of the Open Innovation Platform Call 11, sponsored by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) in Singapore. WingArc1st participated as a "Problem Owner" to extend its highly differentiated data visualization solution and database technology to the ASEAN market, by partnering with existing technology solutions in the region. As the winner of the program, Stemly has gained access to the IMDA's technology resources and facilities for prototyping.

The Open Innovation Platform (OIP) by the Infocomm Media Development Authority is Singapore's national platform for digital innovation. OIP provides corporates with business challenges with a structured, high-touch support to define their problem statement, crowdsource innovative solutions from a network of over 11,000 tech solution providers, and evaluates their proposals to ensure an impactful outcome.

Since 2018, OIP has facilitated over 300 challenges worth more than $8.5M in prize monies covering sectors such as financial services, healthcare and manufacturing. It has covered tech domains such as AI, the Internet of Things, and AR/VR.
