Dr.Sum and Dr.Sum Cloud certified with the Certification of legal requirements for electronic transaction software

WingArc's data utilization platform, Dr.Sum and Dr.Sum Cloud have acquired the Certification of legal requirements for electronic transaction software certified by the Japan Image and Information Management Association (JIIMA). Dr.Sum and Dr.Sum Cloud also obtained the Certification of legal requirements for electronic form software" (*1) in April and the Certification of legal requirements for electronic document software (*2) in July 2021.

This certification checks whether commercial software and software services that store such transaction information when national tax-related documents are created by computer and exchanged electronically meet the requirements of Article 7 of the revised Electronic Book Preservation Act, and JIIMA certifies those that meet the legal requirements. Companies and organizations that implement Dr.Sum and Dr.Sum Cloud with this certification will no longer need to individually check the requirements required by the Electronic Book Preservation Act and other tax laws. The system can be used with peace of mind as an all-in-one electronic book preservation system that handles everything from electronic exchange to electronic data storage of books and documents related to national taxes, including documents related to settlement of accounts and documents related to transactions.

*1 The Certification of Legal Requirements for Electronic form software is a certification program in which JIIMA checks whether commercially available software for creating and storing national tax-related books meets the requirements of the Electronic Book Preservation Act, and certifies those software that are determined to meet the legal requirements. This certification system covers the requirements of Article 4.1 of the Electronic Book Preservation Act.

*2 The Certification of legal requirements for electronic document software is a certification program that checks the functionality of software that stores the copies of national tax-related documents created by computer and issued on paper in electronic form, and JIIMA certifies those that satisfy the legal requirements.

*3 The certification logo is licensed by JIIMA
