Product License Agreements
WingArc1st Inc. (the “Company”) assumes that the Customer agrees to the conditions stated in our software license agreements (“License Agreements”) when the Customer uses the software or products (“Products”) that they have purchased from the Company. Furthermore, the Customer shall be responsible for the selection, implementation, and use of each Product to achieve the desired results and the effects of their use.
